COLD & CO ACADEMY

Control the cold chain, optimize the use of our solutions

What is the COLD & CO Academy?

The COLD & CO Academy is an educational program designed to help our customers master best cold chain practices and make optimum use of our isothermal containers.

Our mission: to make you autonomous, expert and efficient in the deployment of thermal solutions adapted to your operational constraints.

A complete learning path

Our modules are designed for :

  • Logisticians in charge of fresh or frozen tours
  • Catering professionals: institutional and commercial
  • Distributors of heat-sensitive health products
  • Artisan producers: food service, caterers, local producers
  • Laboratories or animal health operators.

Each module includes:

Practical guides to choosing the right isothermal container

Refrigeration load guides, designed for each container according to outdoor T°C, based on qualified thermal tests in our laboratory

FAQ to answer special cases or frequently asked technical questions

Technical tutorials on the use of eutectic plates (positive / negative / ambient / hot)

Cleaning instructions and disinfection plan

Pilot tests & on-site support

Because every supply chain is unique, the COLD & CO Academy goes beyond theory.

In addition to our qualified laboratory tests, we offer pilot tests under real conditions, directly on your operational sites.

This service enables you to:

  • evaluate the thermal performance of our equipment in your environment;
  • adjust eutectic plate or packaging configurations to your specific constraints;
  • co-construct a usage protocol adapted to your teams (freezing time, rotation, cleaning, handling).

Examples of support already provided

  • Support for a food delivery company in transforming its fleet of tri-temperature refrigerated trucks into dry vehicles, equipped with CarryTemp passive refrigerated containers (read more about this case study).
  • Implementation of a logistics protocol for the safe transport of medical devices at controlled ambient temperatures between +18°C and 25°C (read more about this case study).
  • Deployment of isothermal cotton crates to guarantee the thermal stability of temperature-sensitive chemical products (read more about this case study)
  • Design of a logistics scheme combining approach trucks and last-mile delivery by cargo bike, optimized for urban distribution while respecting the cold chain (read more about this case study).

Operational cold chain training for optimum familiarization

Following the purchase of our solutions – in particular the CarryTemp – we offer operational training for end-users: delivery drivers, operators or team leaders.

The aim is to ensure safe and efficient use in the field. It covers :

  • proper handling of the boxes,
  • adaptation of loading plans,
  • organization of eutectic plate reloading,
  • cleaning protocols,
  • eutectic plate management.

This training can be delivered by videoconference or on-site, depending on your needs and the size of your project.

A complete training kit is also provided, for a clear, simple and long-lasting deployment of your solution.

Why join the COLD & CO Academy?

  • Improve the reliability of your cold chain.
  • Reduce heat loss, and therefore product loss.
  • Secure your deliveries in compliance with regulations.
  • Increase your skills to deploy our products to their full potential.
  • Adopt responsible practices and limit the use of refrigerated vehicles.
