Thermal performance
The CottonInsert insulating insert has a very good thermal resistance. Composed of 100% regenerated textile fibers (100% recycled and recyclable), its insulating power is equivalent to traditional PPE insulated boxes.

Constitution and eco-responsibility
The CottonInsert insulating insert is an eco-responsible isothermal solution made from 100% renewable material (Cotton fibers from regenerated textiles) and 100% recyclable. It is a real alternative to rigid EPS or PPE insulation.
This insulating insert is embedded in a recyclable LDPE bag to guarantee a watertightness and allow a waterproof coating when in contact with liquids.
Handling and Flat storage
CottonInsert is flexible and allows you to fit your logistical handling crates without the risk of breakage. This insulating insert unfolds easily for flat storage with a minimum of bulk.
Lightweight, it is easy to position. Its structure is not breakable in case of fall. Composed of 2 elements that fit together in a U shape to cover the 6 sides of your logistic box, the cover of the insulated insert remains attached to the base and avoids losses during handling.
Refrigeration
The CottonInsert insulating insert limits heat transfer between the outside and inside of your handling case. Cold temperature maintenance is guaranteed by the addition of a PL480 or PL484 eutectic plate.
