Our Objective:

Make available or create tailored solutions that include the most precise parameters of products under controlled temperatures, while considering the end result and the economic criteria.

Each year our laboratory is regulated to, build, test and certify the solutions developed for our clients.

Throughout the process, with our clients we shall:

  • Study the physical characteristics of the product to be transported (mass, volume, weight …)
  • Identify the logistics circuit in order to simulate the ambient temperature of the entire transport chain, from departure to delivery and target an appropriate transport time
  • Minimise the number of components
  • Optimise the volume of the solution to reduce transport and logistics costs
  • Analyse the need for a reusable solution
  • Use the most environmentally friendly materials

Our means:

A laboratory:

  • ISO 9001 certified
  • Compatible with market requirements (ISTA, IATA, UN, WHO, AFNOR, ATP) and ambient temperature profiles tailored to our clients
  • Comprising several test chambers
  • 350 m2
  • 500 annual tests
  • Testing of packages from 0.1L to pallets of 2500 Litre
  • Dealing with ambient temperatures of -25°C to + 60°C

Our Deliverables:

On the basis of a rigorous and systematic process, we provide our clients with a detailed technical report on test methodology and the results obtained.

This deliverable is the result of a methodical process which is one of the keys to the successful control of its cold chain

Our Process:

  • Product transported: volume, weight, temperature (min/max)
  • Product packaging
  • Supply Chain: transport, storage, distribution mode, transportation time
  • Analysis of ambient temperatures during the supply chain (seasonal simulation)
  • Economic constraint: budget
  • Environmental constrain
  • Presentation of prototypes – Physical aspect, user mode
  • Start of the first thermal tests

These preliminary tests ensure the success of the final qualification

An official qualification report is supplied on the basis of steps 1 and 2 comprising:

  • The test conditions
  • The detailed test data as well as graphics
  • A 3D diagram and illustrations of the assembly protocol
  • A description of the calibration of the equipment used and the current certificates.
